If you require assistance beyond the information available on
the Website,please submit all questions through the ATRRS
Internet Training Application System (AITAS) Help Desk. Army
will respond to your inquiry within 2 business days.
Details follow: Please log into your AITAS account:
https://www.atrrs.army.mil/CHANNELS/AITAS/ Click "Apply to
Training" to login .
Once logged in with your credentials:
1. Click on the "AITAS Help Desk" link on the bottom left-hand
side, under the "Help!" menu.
2. Select "Create Help Desk Ticket"
3. Select your Subject from the drop down list that most likely
describes the issue
4. Describe your issue/question with as much detail as possible.
5. Click "Create Helpdesk Ticket" 49.
Your request will be answered in the order received and you
should expect a response within 2 business days.

There is an automated menu tree with specific
FAQs; however, there is an option to speak to a live helpdesk.

certification, acquisition corps membership,
or CAPPMIS processes-ACRB, AAPDS, CLPs, IDP, Reports or SRPE,
