• Proficient user of software cost estimating tools such as ACEIT, SEER, COCOMO, PRICE S, Knowledge Plan and SLIM
• Experienced estimator of software size with function point analysis proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills a must.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
• Flexibility, adaptability and ability to deal with ambiguous situations on a consistent basis.
